ABV...

Indeed, ABV is the acronym for "Alcohol By Volume." However, it is also, very appropriately it would seem, the abbreviation I personally use for a website called Adult Beverages, hosted by my buddy Marty of Banal Leakage fame.

ABV is where Marty writes about different drinks, either mixed or bottled, that he's encountered over the years and how he likes them. Most times, the posts are accompanied by a photo and, in a few instances, videos. Whatever the case (ha ha, see what I did there?), Marty created a very informative site for people who enjoy the occasional responsible drink.

I've been reading it for some time now and enjoy what Marty has to say. So, late last year, I asked if he'd be interested in having someone (me) write up some guest posts. He said yes!

To date, I've written three guest posts: Sangster's Original Jamaica Rum Cream, Stouts, and Pick a Six. I hope to write several more, too.

Please, go over and check out not just my posts, but the site as a whole. Marty has worked hard putting it together and it would be very cool to see it pick up some steam and create an even larger loyal following than it already has. You can also follow Adult Beverages on Twitter!

And, by all means, suggest some stuff for us to check out. Seriously!

For some reason, Marty's adult beverages site slipped out of my feed reader. Resubscribed! Now I have some catching up to do...

Thanks for the cool write up. While I need to spend more time with that blog, I really am happy to have you posting there. Would love for it to pick up more readers.
